Innocent Eye Book Design

“The older I become and the more I master the medium, the more I return to my earliest experiences. I think that at the end of my life I will recover all the force of my childhood.” –Joan Miro

Innocent Eye is a book about the childlike approach to art. To me, that means the freedom to express ourselves without boundaries. As we get older, that childlike approach becomes more and more confined. But if we allow ourselves to create with the energy of our inner child, we can find a beautiful balance between chaos and order.

For this project, I designed the front and back covers, spine, and inside pages.
